The Fab Four each had something unique to contribute to the band.
Here is a little bit about each Beatle and his primary instrument.

Electric Guitar

Rhythm Guitar: This guitar part is steady and even. There will be lots of repeating chords (groups of notes).
Lead Guitar: This is the guitar that “sings.” It provides the melody (the part you are most likely to remember and sing along with).

Bass Guitar

The bass guitar is very similar to the electric guitar. The main differences are that a bass guitar has four strings and it plays much lower notes. You can see how thick the strings are-and remember-larger objects produce lower pitches.

Paul McCartney

Full Name: James Paul McCartney

Instrument: Bass Guitar, Piano & Vocals

The first instrument Paul learned to play was the trumpet!

Bass Guitar: This guitar part will sound the lowest of all the guitars. The strings are usually plucked one at a time.

Drums

The drum is one of the oldest musical instruments. Drum sets (also called kits) can have many different
combinations of drums, but the main instruments include a bass drum, tom-toms, snare and cymbals.
