Mister Rogers’ Gift of Music
Could You Be Mine…
Music and Make-Believe! These two tools helped Fred Rogers manage the feelings of loneliness and sadness he felt while childhood asthma kept him secluded from family and friends. This picture book biography tells the story of how that young child grew to become one of television’s most respected actors, teachers and musicians.

All About Owls
Owls are nocturnal, sleeping during the day and hunting, eating and hooting at night.
They have THREE eyelids!
Owls have visible ear tufts! And they are usually asymmetrical.
A group of owls is called a parliament.
Owls are far-sighted. They cannot focus on things that are close to them.
After an owl eats, the parts of the meal it can’t digest are regurgitated and the owl spits them out in a pellet of bones, hair and fur. Yuck!
💡Did you know…
Owls CANNOT turn their necks all the way around, despite popular belief. They can rotate their necks approximately 270 degrees, which they have to do in order to see because their eyes sockets don’t move!
